If you are authorized to place an order, you can see the not yet processed requests in the menu Orders> Order request.

 

• Make sure that you only see the open requests and that the search field is empty (otherwise you may not see any order requests).
      

• Single order

• Click on the order request that you want to process. You enter the detail screen.
  
• Click Make Order. An extra screen opens.
  
• Click Make Order. SOFOS360 sends the order in the background. You can now print an order form using the button at the top right.
   
• A new screen opens.
  
• Now you can save or print the form. You can choose from a number of options, depending on how you want to further process the form:
  
  • Advanced search (this option can be disabled).
  • Print the form in the selected file format.
  • Only print the current page in the selected file format.
  • Go to the first page.
  • Go to the previous page.
  • Page number of the current page. By clicking on the black arrow (  ) or by typing in the page number you can quickly jump to a specific page.
  • Total number of pages in the form (may differ from the number of pages mentioned in the image).
  • Go to the next page.
  • Go to the last page.
  • Export the form and save it.
  • Export the form and open in a new screen.
  • File format for output (you can make a choice by clicking on the black arrow (  )).
• At the top right you see the Close and Help buttons.
  If you choose Close, the current view is closed, not the window.
• If you go to Order in the menu on the left, you will see the order placed. You can click this to see the details of the order.
